Electric Wire Galvanizing Line:

Electric wire Galvanizing Line, is a method of corrosion protecting for steel. The electric wire galvanizing line contains Pay-off, rectifier, packing frame, oven, electrical cabinet, zinc coating groove, hot and cold water groove, hydrochloric acid pickling groove, wire unloading machine, etc.
Used to zinc coat the low carbon steel wire of 18#-22#, 8#-16#. For different size, there will be a bit difference of the galvanzing production line.

Product specification: annealing wire of 8#-16# (finished product coils of 50kg)
1. Anneal through 75KW pit furnace or coal annealing furnace with four container. Mechanical property: tensile strength 320-380N/mm2
φ6.50m/m wire→LW560 type dry continuous wire drawing machine, LT-10/560 type wet wire drawing machine→anneal →hydrochloric acid pickling →water washing (two times)→antirust fluid→unload the wire through φ560m/m type revolving vertical pay-off→zinc coated on the 508 type zinc electroplating production line.
2. Anneal through computer controlling mechanical coal annealing furnace, Mechanical property: tensile strength 400-440N/mm2
φ6.50m/m wire→LW560 type dry continuous wire drawing machine, LT-10/560 type wet wire drawing machine→unload the wire through φ560m/m type revolving vertical pay-off→annealing→zinc coated on the 508 type zinc electroplating production line
3. 508 type (20 inches) zinc electroplating production line, weight of the zinc layer is more than 20-30g/m2
Straightening→hydrochloric acid pickling→water washing→electrical coated (plating bath added)→cold water washing→hot water washing→ drying→508 type horizontal spooler take-up→unload and weigh in→check in→lash→packing→in warehouse.

Product specification: annealing wire of 8#-22# (finished product coils of 25kg) , Anneal through 75KW pit furnace or coal annealing furnace with four container, a second annealing is needed.
1. Unloading the wire by the I type spool (φ280×170m/m)
φ6.50m/m wire (plate NO. Q195、Q10)→drawing the wire to φ2.50m/m, φ2.20m/m by LW560 type dry continuous wire drawing machine, LT-10/560 type wet wire drawing machine→annealing→LT-12/350 type wet wire drawing machine drown to theφ280m/M spool→second annealing →transmit to the spool pay-off to unload the wire→zinc coated on the 356 type zinc electroplating production line
2. Unloading the wire by the vertical I type spool (φ350m/m)
φ6.50m/m wire (plate NO. Q195、Q10)→drawing the wire to φ2.50m/m, φ2.20m/m by LW560 type dry continuous wire drawing machine, LT-10/560 type wet wire drawing machine→annealing→drew by  LT-12/350 type wet wire drawing machine→second annealing→hydrochloric acid pickling→water washing (two times)→antirust fluid→transmit to the φ350m/m type pay-off to unload the wire→zinc coated on the 356 type zinc electroplating production line.
3. 356 type (14 inches) zinc electroplating production line, weight of the zinc layer is more than 10g/m2
Hydrochloric acid pickling→water washing→electrical coated (plating bath added)→cold water washing→hot water washing→drying→take up wire on the 356 type horizontal spooler take-up→unload→check in→weigh in→lash→packing→in warehouse.
